Russell’s practice is focused on construction related litigation, including property damage actions and personal injury actions under New York Labor Law sections 200, 240(1), and 241(6), security guard liability, and premises liability. Russell also practices in the areas of motor vehicle liability, products liability, executive and professional liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Russell handles cases from inception to trial, and has handled many mediations, arbitrations, and appeals. While at New York Law School, he served as an associate editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Russell has been selected as a Rising Star in the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 New York Metro Super Lawyers Publication, in the area of Construction Law and Litigation.
