Background Info USA provides access to the comprehensive background checks* that your business needs. As a USLI policyholder, you will receive your first employment/volunteer background check package for free!

Packages include security number validation, address tracing, multi-court criminal database, sex offender and OFAC security searches, and more. Pricing for each additional screening starts at $10, excluding court and/or state fees.

*The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has issued guidelines that don’t prohibit the use of criminal checks but urge employers to consider the crime, its relation to an applicant’s potential job and how much time has passed since the conviction. Contact the People’s System HR Helpline for help in how to use criminal background checks appropriately.

Tenant Screening

Determining if your prospective tenant has a good rental history and will be a rent-worthy tenant is essential. Through our partnership with Background Info USA, you have access to these valuable tenant screenings at a discounted cost of $20.

*Consumer Credit Reports can be accessed by certified property managers or domestic business entities only. Individual landlords cannot run credit reports through this service but have access to the remainder of the above screenings for a cost of $15 (additional fees may apply).
