David chairs both the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group and the Intellectual Property, Technology and Media Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates a substantial portion of his practice on privacy law, data breaches, intellectual property, copyright and trademark infringement, as well as trade secret, trade dress technology and media related litigation. David is experienced defending privacy and intellectual property cases venued throughout the United States and has been litigating cases in federal and state courts since 1994.
Mark Greisiger has led NetDiligence®, a Cyber Risk Assessment and Data Breach Services company, since its inception in 2001. During that time, Mark has been responsible for the creation of highly-focused services that enable NetDiligence to support the loss control needs of US and UK insurers that offer cyber liability coverage (aka ‘privacy insurance’). Prior to joining NetDiligence, Mark spent 12 years in the insurance industry, primarily with CIGNA P&C, where he created the first generation of cyber risk insurance.
Micah Howser has managed the eRiskHub for NetDiligence® since 2014. Micah is responsible for all aspects of the eRiskHub product from sales to content development and user engagement. Micah manages a team that has deployed over 50 custom branded eRiskHub portals for insurance carriers, insurance brokers, and law firms. Micah is passionate about personal privacy.
